Warm Up
5 minutes Your choice…random examples include:
- Jumping Jacks
- Power Walking, running, running in place, high knees
- Stairs
- Jumping Rope (can even be without rope; going through the motions)
- Shadow Boxing
- Vacuuming, Raking, Shoot some hoop, etc.
Switch Squats » 20 reps
- Start in shoulder-width Squat position
- Squat down then switch legs/rotate hips, when coming up
Diagonal Touch Deadlifts » 8-10 each side
- Feet wide; knees slightly bent
- Lean down to touch foot with opposite arm; stretching that leg
- Come up
- Alternate sides
Leg Kick Planks » 8-10 each side
- Plank position
- Maintain core position—try not to twist
- Kick out and back; alternate legs (1 rep is 1 of each side)
Table Planks » 20-30 seconds
- Sit leaning back, with arms supporting from slightly behind and bent legs
- Chest up, move waist up to table
- Squeeze glutes then back down
Repeat above 3-5x
Cardio
5 minutes Your choice…random examples include:
- Jumping Jacks
- Power Walking, running, running in place, high knees
- Stairs

Isometric Chest Holds » 25 seconds
- Get into half-down Push Up position
- Imagine you're flexing your palms out to engage chest, back, etc.
Tricep Extensions on Floor » 12-20 reps
- Lay on stomach with hands at shoulders, elbows in
- Keep back relaxed with weight supported by triceps
- Drive up from the triceps
Isometric Row Hold » 20-30 seconds
- With/without rope or similar
- Knees slightly bent and lean forward 45°
- Bring shoulder blades back
- Squeeze Back—hold
Repeat above 3-5x
Cardio
